I work with a broad range of clients in the Culture and Creative sectors, (agencies, local and national government, independent arts and culture organisations, individuals) developing policy, strategy, business plans, business models, funding models and feasibility studies. At the heart of what I do is a human centered design approach that facilitates clarity of vision, thought and ambition. In practical terms this means that I conduct qualitative and quantitative research for clients, facilitate stakeholder engagement, perform feasibility studies, and craft strategy and policy actions. The quality of my work is built on twenty years of independent cultural entrepreneurship as a theater director, producer and venue manager.
